All service appointments are confirmed only upon acknowledgment by our support team.

2. Service Warranty

3. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 2 hours before the scheduled service or delivery time.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made within 2 hours of service time will incur a 10% charge of the committed service amount.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Service estimates shared before work commencement may vary based on actual site conditions or additional parts required.

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer currently.

  • Future online payments will be processed securely through Stripe, adhering to standard payment gateway compliance and data protection laws.

  • Any payment disputes or chargebacks must be reported within 48 hours of transaction completion.

5. Third-Party Products and Advertisements

  • Amman Home Solutions is not responsible for any purchases or offers made through sponsored advertisements, affiliate links, or third-party websites.

  • Any external product or spare part supplied through third-party vendors is covered solely under the vendor’s responsibility.

  • We do not guarantee the performance or quality of third-party materials.
